Dear friends, colleagues, loved ones and members of our CloutHub family:

With great regret, I’m writing this note to inform you of the passing of our founder and chairman, Jeff Brain. Many or most of you know that Jeff suffered a massive stroke in November of last year. Some of Jeff’s treating physicians concluded that Jeff was attacked with some kind of EMF or sonic device that caused his health problems; which would not and does not surprise those of us that joined him in this fight for humanity’s rightful place on Earth.

Jeff recognized early the need for censorship-free communications and made a platform where people could gather, exchange ideas and make plans to overcome the various attacks we face each day from unbridled governments and the dictator class of “elite” that seek to enslave us. Jeff is the pioneer that made communication with everyone easy, unrestrained and accessible by combining all social media in one place – Jeff built CloutHub for this reason and we all have him to thank for this.

Equally or more importantly, we all communicate and collaborate together thanks to Jeff! His kind, humble and gentle soul continues to live in our phones, computers, devices and in our lives as we continue the mission of communicating freely in the marketplace of ideas - CLOUTHUB!!!

In saying this, I also want to express that my involvement in CloutHub came from Jeff’s longer-range vision – to unite humanity by eliminating all barriers and borders. We bought shares in CloutHub based on Jeff’s promise that one day we’d enjoy the capability to have conversations with our clients anywhere in the world in any spoken language; I didn’t believe him at first, yet his conviction was strong, convincing and true!
