In early 2021, after J6th,, I was watching a testimony for some congressional hearing where a Black Gal was seated at a table that was centered on the aisle between the seating behind her... Seated behind and to here left was someone who had their foot stuck out in the aisle and in camera view behind the gal being videoed.
The foot was wearing a tennis shoe that, in hindsight, resembled what the perp wore..
Was someone sending a message,, or just stepped in something??

I almost never watched hearings,, so maybe sticking a stinky tennis shoe in the camera is common..

One curiosity needs to be excluded from clues to the mystery-packer....
