Another camera angle verifies that helicopter involved in DC crash did something different than what NTSB is suggesting by their comment that "the pilot of the Blackhawk may not have heard instruction to fly behind Jet.."
It doesn't matter much because the Blackhawk flew behind the jet,,, but in such a way that should never occurred... There was no safe separation distance,,, The BH-pilot actually turned toward the path of the Jet...
Why is the NTSB inserting irrelevant questions?
-- Maybe to distract from the fact,, that the videos show that the helio descended in full control of pitch & heading after the hit to the jet..
--Maybe to distract away from examination of second video which shows that the helio turned toward the jet 4 seconds before contact...
The initial radio call, from the first rescue crew to the helio, reported condition of recovered as #1- "Injured", #2- "PDI" , #3- DOA...

Something really stinks about the timing & circumstances behind this incident... The helio meandered down-river after taking off from a neighborhood of Langley,,, then made a perfectly executed hot-dog pass behind the jet, clipping the jet with the main-rotor,, then dropped into the river on almost a stable trajectory...
