They covered various aspects including China's technological advancements, AI capabilities, naval and space warfare, and economic dominance. Prather and Adams agreed that America's addiction to cheap imports and loss of industrial capacity leaves it vulnerable to China's economic strategies. They also discussed China's lead in STEM education and AI development, with Adams warning that if China achieves superintelligence first, it could be "game over for the West".23
The discussion also touched on China's use of economic infiltration, tech theft, and cultural subversion to undermine U.S. dominance, and the potential for China to dominate critical waterways through naval expansion and advanced directed-energy weapons.
